I began my career at some design studios where I developed various graphic pieces, editorial lines, fashion and art catalogs, visual identities, packaging, visual merchandising, typography, sales stands, and environmental signage. I also contributed to the development of physical products such as furniture and household items.

At a certain point, I decided to transition to digital and dove right in. I was invited to work with UI and Visual Design for InBrands' e-commerce, one of the largest fashion companies in the country, which owns brands such as Richards, Ellus, Tommy Hilfiger, Salinas, among others.

Shortly after, I received an invitation to join the Innovation team at Lojas Americanas, one of the top 5 retailers in the country. There I was able to combine UI, UX, and Service Design to improve internal processes and, most importantly, boost sales in physical stores.

After 4 years, I joined Grupo Globo, the country's largest media outlet, with the mission of increasing digital subscriptions for newspapers and magazines, converting analog users and reducing churn.

How do I get the things done

How do I get the things done

1. Discovery

This phase focuses on exploring the problem space widely to gain deep insights, understanding and anticipating user needs to create intuitive, user-centered solutions, while also aligning with business objectives.

2. Define

Insights collected during discovery are synthesized into a clear, actionable problem statement during the Define phase. This helps to focus the design efforts on the core issues

3. Explore, design, validate

Bring ideas to life by building wireframes, low to high-fidelity prototypes for iteration and testing. By testing early and often with users, we can quickly validate assumptions and refine the experience with real feedback."

4. Deliver and ensure quality

I translate concepts into detailed specs and collaborate with engineering throughout implementation. Staying involved in usability testing and QA helps me safeguard consistency and quality in the final product.
